1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the co33 platform and all its services. co33 is a safe and reliable online gaming platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a binding agreement between the user and co33. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or participating in any game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

co33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. For any questions or unclear points, please contact our support team.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all co33 services — including casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, slot machines, and any services added in the future. Together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms form the complete policy framework of co33.

2. Account Registration

By opening an account on co33, you receive the right to operate a personal, non-transferable account. Each individual may operate only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• You must operate the account in your own name, under your own identity, and with your own funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or allowing others to access your account is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

co33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended. All your personal information is kept secure using SSL encryption.

3. Age Verification

co33 firmly opposes participation in gaming by anyone under the age of 21. By registering on the platform, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older.

co33 may request valid identification from any account where age is in doubt. Failure to submit the required documents will result in account closure and a refund of the deposit, however any bonuses or winnings accumulated may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits will not be credited to the gaming account before full verification.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted; the depositor's name and the account holder's name must match.
• If a deposit fails, please contact the relevant payment provider directly.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements related to the bonus have been met.

5. Bonus Policy

co33 offers various promotional offers for its registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳14,000 will earn a ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
• Bonus balance and deposit balance are managed separately.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• co33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus fraud is found, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

co33's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback rates are: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, and Diamond — up to 1.2%.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the co33 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
• Unfairly exploiting bonus benefits or bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Gaining unfair advantages through hacking, scripting, or any automated method.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Accessing another user's account or gaming with the intent to defraud.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.

If co33 finds evidence of any prohibited activity, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by co33

co33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through our support team. Any available balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. A closed account can be reactivated, however identity verification may need to be completed again.

10. Limitation of Liability

co33 is committed to providing the highest quality service, however co33's liability will be limited in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
• Losses caused by unplanned server maintenance or technical disruptions.
• Losses caused by delays or errors from third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or violation of the Terms.
• Losses caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.

co33 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Responsible Gaming

co33 treats responsible gaming with the utmost importance. We believe that gaming should be an entertaining activity and should never be a cause of financial or mental distress.
